Assistant Principal
Hello, my name is Jacinda Waldrip. I was born and raised in Rawlins, Wyoming. I work as the Assistant Principal and Professional Development Coordinator for Rawlins Middle School. I have held several positions in Carbon County School District #1. I spent 10 years as a second grade teacher, 2.5 years as the Instructional Facilitator and Curriculum Coordinator at RMS, and I currently hold the position as the AP and PD Coordinator at RMS.
My husband and I are avid bow hunters. We love to hunt and spend as much time as we can in the mountains. Our passion is for the outdoors, hunting, and conservation.
Cale and I have four dogs. 3 out of the 4 dogs are hound dogs who assist in hunting mountain lions. Our fourth dog is a Labrador. Our dogs are considered "our babies". We spend most of our time at our dude ranch playing with them, or chasing lions.
I am very lucky to call the members of the Rawlins Middle School staff, "My Family". Each and every staff member in this building works hard to challenge every child, every day!
